It’s not propaganda to say America was/is oppressive on the world stage, we have numerous examples of them enforcing their will onto other states/peoples abroad and at home.
And American’s dropping the exceptionalism and getting out of their bubble is a huge first step in getting anywhere.

But it is propaganda to say America was never a world leader nor involved in any free world.
There is evidence of both, even if it is less the case now.
