International views of Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are much more negative than positive, according to a Pew Research Center survey of 24 countries conducted this spring.

I have had Israeli friends walk me through every intricacy of the system even almost 20 years ago, and when asking them, so wtf are you supposed to do to make it work for everyone? And they just get sad and don’t have a good answer. This isn’t new.

      Get out of Israel.

The best solution for all parties involved is to relocate Jews from Israel to the United States.

We have plenty of room for them here.

I’m a fifth generation American Jew. My grandfathers killed Nazis by the dozen. We’re american as fuck. I love playing guitar to country and classic rock. My parents were both blue collar union. I grew up in a gas station smelling fumes doing homework when my mechanic grandfather picked me up from school covered in grease bc my parents were busy working 5 jobs.

I’ve always waited with bated breath for the day Nixon’s comments about being Jewish before American captivates the poor angry masses again. And we’re here. Antisemitic violence in US at 8x YoY. In the back of my head always, if the president blames the Argentines for our economy, they could go back to Argentina. Israel was founded bc millions of people were genocided bc they had no Argentina to go home too.

So… in practice, I’ve lived what you say. In theory, this is an unanswered question. And the whole, “the Jews can just go to…” argument falls flat when you look at how every surrounding country has rejected Palestinian refugees and asylum seekers for decades now.

Yes, irony that Israelis genociding Palestinians is my argument philosophically for Jews needing a home. But I figured you were familiar with the topic for context. AND that 20 years later, I’m still an empathetic person who this morning while making my son breakfast, listening to immortal technique, start crying every time I hear him rap “trapped in a ghetto region like a Palestinian kid where nobody gives a fuck whether you die or you live.” I’ve felt for those babies for DECADES while everyone wrote them off as dirty poor brown news headlines.

So I get to teach my kid to stand up for Gaza and little boys and girls just like him that should get to play and dream about their futures and hopes, but also to look out for and fight Nazis at home, while fearing that my neighbors are going to kill him. So it’s not so black and white unless you tuned in two years ago and put on the latest pin. Some of us have been and are still outraged about every genocide going on across the globe, but Sudanese, Uyghurs, et al don’t have the ear of purported progressives. I literally say sobbing parked in the car listening to news from Sudan two weeks ago on democracy now. THEYRE ROUNDING UP WOMEN AND CHILDREN, and I haven’t seen a single fucking headline here.

It’s hard not to feel like whites and Christians are using Jews and Muslims for fodder to control oil rich regions. Have you seen the latest Heritage Foundation papers on antisemitism? Project Esther? Literally against tackling supremacy in the US while genociding Palestine.
