I ate this meal at the end of 5 days of bushwalking AKA backpacking.

The chips and “butter fish” are accompanied by a wedge of lemon, some tartare sauce and a sprinkling of chicken salt. Also a deep fried dim sim, a calamari ring, and a battered scallop.

Including a drink (ginger beer?), it cost AUD$16.80.

          yeah, looks interesting for sure.

          I really enjoy backpacking and walking and I’m interested in seeing the Australian outback through the eyes of a walker.

          actually, I think the second to the last podcast I put out was about walking specifically as a wonderful mode of travel.

        I could only do that section, unfortunately. It’s definitely on the list to go north and walk the Flinders Ranges part, though.
