An investigation determined that the crash was “intentional” and charges are pending, Pennsylvania State Police said.

In places where they use feet, but the bike lane only gets like one, maybe two of them tops, and that’s assuming there’s a bike lane in the first place and that there’s any enforcement when a car just parks right in it.
