Just rush all the disaster crapitalists into a locked bunker and tell them that the WW3 they played with caused a nuclear apocalypse and let them live the rest of their lives there. You could have putin, trump, elon, thiel, liz, jdvance, all of the dipshits who like to buy bunkers while they play with your lives have to live in close quarters with each other.
