    Not surprised. Pretty much any company will do that (or at least try to). It’s one thing to leak some info like a game is in development or release date, and it’s completely different to leak design documents and source code.

      Yes, they previously hire a private detective for Switch emulator dev few years ago and did some intimidation. It’s illegal to do this (at least in EU). A company should use law, whatever reason it is.

      I would love to know how this action will ends.

    I already knew about massive Pokémon, they were famously included in Sword/Shield.

      Do they have to? With the way the law bends to corpos, the accused would have to prove no damages.
