I get that it’s a youtube video but Dr Mike knows his stuff. He goes through WHO’s recommendations and gives his practical input on the matter.

I think it’s fine. You do you.
Contrary to popular belief, diet soda is completely fine in moderation (like 20 cans per day limit), assuming your teeth/guts can handle the acidity. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCDqqVwYMa4
Coffee typically doesn’t have much or any sugar in it. It’s caffeine, water, milk. It has more caffeine than soda so it feels better to take it in the morning
I haven’t played for years but I enjoy the memes and YouTube content. Sailing would mean more content to watch so I hope it passes
I lost 18 minutes of progress. I continued from my old save at around 1705
After a few hours, I closed the game and saw the update had come out at 1712
Oh well, still has fun replaying those segments
Both games are great. Blooms TD is a great way to kill time. The sounds of balloons popping take a while to get old.
I haven’t played loop hero since launch but it may be time to replay it
I’ve found that it’s easier to avoid misery than it is to find joy. Some tips given here reflect that as well. Cut off toxic people from your life. Don’t dwell on tiny things for the full day.
I have an example. I went to get some coffee yesterday. There was a man in front of barista counter. The barista asked me for my order, and my instinct was to ask if the man next to me had been served. I didn’t think twice about it. She got visibly upset at me for having the audacity to ask him. She took my order but she continued to mumble audibly about how she gave eye contact, and she knew how to do her job, etc. As if my remark towards the man belittled her experience and skills.
She had no idea what my intent was, but she assumed the worst. For doing so, she ruined her own day with it. It’s all about perspective.
She also ruined my coffee but I didn’t let that ruin my day either haha.
Incredible. Given how expensive dental treatment is in a lot of places, this could be revolutionary for people who can’t afford regular checkups and/or treatment plans. It’s not going to be a replacement but it can certainly mitigate a lot of damage.
