As an avid overwatch player I feel entitled to say fuck this shit I miss loot boxes as the alternative just ain’t it.

They could see if e football is interested or they could fund their own game. The game markets itself to the unaware which I’d argue a lot of people who play sports games a lot would fall into that category.

The question is will fifa brand their own game. It’d be smart for them to do so.

Reading this kind of made me see the way that Lemmy gets bigger and better than Reddit. If there’s money to be made here, even a small amount, people will migrate over.

I was listening to a podcast the other day where they brought the first game up and said how much of a commercial flop it was. Funny seeing this pop up a few days later.
