Is there a fix planned for the old sorting for comments not working on some/all Lemmy instances ? Or is entirely a Lemmy issue

At work we use https://crxcavator.io/ and the extension can only be installed on internal users devices if the total risk score is below 500 and if it does not ask for weird permissions

The lastest version TPUv4 has been released in 2021 with the v5 supposedly already in use internally since this year
