Well, “criticizing Israel’s government for committing a genocide” anti semitism is still bad. But “being a fucking Nazi” antisemitism is fine /s
The American flag has become more a symbol of nationalism to me than a symbol of patriotism. It represents everything I hate about my country, and none of the things I love.
Americans gave him an overwhelming win
Not without heavy voter suppression in his favor, and a number of states showing some suspiciously, statistically unlikely results.
I mean honestly, this country has needed a good general strike for a long fucking time, for a lot of reasons.
He isn’t making an incompetent mistake. He’s making a deliberate choice to fuck over California, and by extension the US.
Increase taxes, but only on the poor.
In the article it specifies you to remove pronouns from your email signature. Definitely less fertile ground for malicious compliance, but it’s still doable.
Oh wow, authoritarianism bad? What a hot take /s
Others have addressed some of your other points, but

Yeah, but those empty units are still costing you money, especially if you still have a mortgage on them. You want to fill them before other landlords with the same problem snatch up your potential tenants. And there’s fewer tenants to go around. And it’s not like you became a landlord to pay off your own mortgage.
