I recommend sleeping in a dark room. I’ve spent most of my life working nights and blocking out my windows is a necessity.

If you can sleep with ear plugs in that can help block out all the noise the day walkers make. I personally find them too annoying but other people have found success.

There is a really great app called Knots 3D that has fantastic animations showing you how to tie knots. I believe it’s about 6$ however. I have found it extremely useful.

I never used Twitter, why would I use it’s alternatives?

Recently I have been doing rice, canned black beans, and frozen veggies. Fry the veggies up in a large pan with a little olive oil. Rinse beans and add them to the pan. I’ve been using microwave rice recently because I don’t have access to a rice cooker. Add the microwaved rice to the pan, add some spices.

Boom easy meal. Can also throw all this in a tortilla for burritos.
