I guess the kind that actually cleans the plunger after use. When I have to use one, after use, I take it outside and hose it off with the hose pipe then soak it in a bucket of bleach water.

Most plungers are both. Pull down the cone for the commode or push it up inside for the sink.

Ahh, I think I just found it on the website on the computer. It indeed was checked Bot Account which I never checked. I couldn’t find the option using the Connect app.

I did the same. Jerboa has been broke for me for a while. Liftoff looks really nice but I get a terrible stutter when scrolling the feed.

How do I do that? I am not seeing I Am Not A Bot in the settings anywhere.

I like Connect best, followed closely by Voyager.

I thought that there would be no difference with this drama event, like the big boohoo when they fired various people and the time it spearheaded the creation of the toxic dumpster fire Voat, but I have to say that I can see a noticeable difference at Reddit.

I still read Reddit daily on my computer as I use RES on my computer, and I like the layout and ZERO ads and notice that the volume of new posts is WAY down. I read a bit last night, and when I viewed it this morning, the posts were almost all the same, with hardly any new content.

On the flip side, I have noticed a HUGE influx of quality posts here this past week. If a few more of my favorite subs from Reddit move here, I’ll be set. I just wish there was a browser extension like RES here for Lemmy.

I love mine.

That toaster probably still works to. My Sunbeam is 44 years old, used daily, and still works great.
