Ha, come hang with me in the summer on a Saturday. We’ll start climbing a 14,000 foot mountain (thats like 4600 meters for my EU friends) at 5/6am with intent on reaching the peak before 12. Why 12? Yeah, that was a typo and my experience is limited towards the AWS side which is also facing this issue. But the numbers are there, some people have been at Amazon for a decade, so 20 months (if they had MY package of 2mos per year).
