I’m pretty unclear about what you’re asking. So I’ll do my best to answer them as I read it.
Humans need salt. As far as I know, there is not chemical reaction in our cooking that transforming the molecules in salt (Na+ and Cl- for table salt).
With that said, I believe OP was answering of when to add salt for flavor maximization.
Since salt doesn’t transform the process of cooking, nutrient absorption is the same. Microwaving doesn’t alter food despite it being radiation. Microwaves heat your food by vibrating the water molecules.

A buddy of mine just told me about an other one sentence. Dies: A Sentence is by Vanessa Place whose gotten more than a little heat lately for some of her provocative art. While I haven’t read it, he says it’s good. We have similar enough tastes that I trust him.
Been playing around with a book idea. It’s in the style of the Ouipo inspired book, A Void. The book, written in French, is done so without using the letter “e”. Perec is a mad man and an amazing writer. And I don’t think anything I will write will be anywhere near that quality.
I want to write something similar that is a world without ‘ai’ (written by AI*). It’s been fun structuring chapters, characters, themes, settings, etc. I’m not a writer by training, but I do like word play and so this has been fun.
I have no hope or dreams of publishing, but I might show a few friends who get it. And hope that it tickles them the way it tickles me.
* I really don’t like the output so far. And I have my doubts about it becoming good. But I got something that wasn’t outright bad the other night. So who knows?
Most people bore me.
I don’t want to say that there aren’t boring people, but c’mon… You’re no troubador yourself. People don’t exist to keep you from being bored.
Living for the sake of not dying is not a living itself. People find meaning in lots of things: art, religion, bullshitting, pushing the bounds of knowledge, making loved ones laugh.
The meaning we make is our own and we share that living journey with a few others. It can be amazing and difficult and complicated. It’s rare to have someone truly get you, but we put ourselves out there because get got is so good.
If you’re not a dry texter, what do imagine a dry texter would have responded in that situation?
This has to be the most persistent, stupidest reading of the vote.
It doesn’t matter what he sees. We as society have constructed that meaning. He knows it and is just an asshole. If he wants to change that meaning, he has to convince others to adopt that meaning and not just do what he wants.
This has nothing to do with the death of the author or post modernism, but people who get all twisted about have been saying this for sixty years now. Here’s a thirty year old example of missing the point.
Doing something that resonates with your base and, frankly, most Americans, could help. I can’t help you beyond that.

It’s far more complicated than that to get an amendment passed including a route that doesn’t require Congress.
Second, there is value in trying things that will fail. It sends a signal to the citizenry that this isn’t acceptable. This can be a good just as much as it can damage their reputation. In my opinion, the Dems need to rebuild a reputation that is connected to the people in some meaningful way. I don’t get the sense that Democratic leadership see that as the core issue
They may need to.
They are not capable.
It doesn’t matter.
