I was recommended https://embrace-autism.com/autism-tests/ and it’s given me quite a bit of information about myself. Wish I could help more. Keep reaching out and eventually the right answer will find you! Good luck on your journey. Don’t give up.
when I was that age, I didn’t even have a favorite news source. I just didn’t care about news at all, only video games. of course I wouldn’t look for “cool” stuff in the newspapers, even then.
but since then I’ve gained mass… a lot of mass :(
I wanna be like her ❤️
I’m 35 and terrified to get started on the process. It helps me knowing you got your diagnosis around the same age I would be if I pull through now. This motivates me a lot and relieves some of my age-related anxiety, so thank you for posting!
The biggest success I saw was when I permanently changed “can you not (insert thing)” to “Please don’t (insert thing).” Also, no longer using that high pitched tone but “using my tummy voice” helps me feel more grounded without stomping my feet. Others tell me it feels more authentic when I use my words with that voice, and it comes off more like the “real me.” It took about 4 years to get used to it, but now it feels good!
Her hugs were lit! 🤗
