Listen downvote me all you want. I’m all for people living how they want to. But school and childhood years are not fit to teach people about sexuality, especially before teenage years. If I had a kid, I wouldn’t want them to be subject to these topics until they’re at least 13-14 and that’s a teenager at that point. Most children have no idea how sexuality or genders work anyway and saying that a child can be transgender is such a wild concept to me. It’s the same as claiming a child is totally straight or gay. They’re children, what the fuck do they know.

AI is just another reason for layoffs for companies that are underperforming. It’s more of a buzzword to sell the company to investors. I haven’t seen people actually use AI anywhere in my large ass corp yet.

Turkey. I had to flee the country since I was part of the military, but whatever they’re doing now is very similar to what happened there. Erdoğan has been in power since basically 2002 (and still going).

They replace the media with their followers. They replace the government with their followers. They blame minorities for all the problems and they wage war on them. They falsely claim the economy will get better (although everyone sees it’s not getting any better). Then they change the constitution to allow the current power to stay in power for longer.

Everything I mentioned above is currently happening. After a while the power consolidates so much at the top that nobody can do anything about it.
