The only one crying here is you, dude. Try to find joy in something less negative, maybe? Forgive whoever hurt you and move on, this is just sad.

How pathetic does one need to be to only have surface experience of something before they decide to judge it and insult people over enjoying aspects of it… You’re literally wasting your time on the internet belittling someone else’s life… how is that not pathetic?
Well, yes… there’s a lot of brainrot and useless content there, but also a lot of fond memories for people. Not all streamers are made equal. You’re also forcing all the GDQs, esport tournaments and all the individual moments from over the years to find a new hosting source…most likely youtube… whose monopoly we’re also trying to get away from. (at least I hope they can download and upload somewhere else, because if not…)
Would you share some of these unknown/underrated games? I’d be curious to see what you mean, because I personally agree with the article and I feel that the games that aren’t more popular are generally there for a reason (not that they’re bad games, just you know… some lack of polish, an unpopular genre, too competitive of a genre, etc)
I can’t remember the last time I played a game and I was like “how have I not heard of this game before?!”
I mean, if you haven’t enjoyed Kotor 2, nwn2, New Vegas, stick of truth or pillars of eternity, yeah, there’s no point to avowed. If you enjoyed at least one of those games then you might enjoy this one too. That’s the point of games, see? They’re not for everyone.
Bought NFS heat for 6€ on steam. Was expecting disappointment, but so far it’s been quite fun. I don’t play a lot of driving games, but I’ve done a bit of sliding and drifting using the wheel and the throttle ad you’ve said. It’s not easy, but well… i figured it’s a skill I have to learn as any other.
I mean… you’d be doing it on a ship. And there’d be stuff to hold on to.
How would one allow additional bracing? You can use the same amount of bracing for both, just depends on where the bracing surfaces are. What am I missing?
That’s not how facts and opinions work, I’m sorry. Good luck!
Again, yes really. I’m sorry you’re offended, but that’s just how some things are. When you don’t understand something, it’s not because you’re stupid, it’s because you haven’t tried to understand it. And you’ve literally admitted to not trying to understand outer wilds.
And that’s that. It’s fine, you don’t have to. But every thing you think you know or feel about it is made up, since you’ve never actually experienced it. Imagine going on Google maps and rating some place you’ve never been to. Or those people that give ratings to books and movies that aren’t out yet. That’s you in this situation. And well… now THAT is something I’ll never understand.
Yes, really. There’s an exception to literally every single rule. And this game was an exception to many people’s rules. Could be yours too. You won’t know until you experience it. You can pretend you know what it is all you want meanwhile, but that’s all it is, pretending.
Looks? So you’ve never played it? Then you can’t comment. Only way to actually get it is to play it or at least watch someone play it blindly.
Oh, oh. I can pitch in! I’ve met 5, personally. Every single one of them inherited the position from their parents or had a head start by having wealthy parents.
Out of the ones that inherited the jobs: 1 is the owner of a small hotel for which the general manager and the rest of the staff do all the work and have all the stress. She’s 35-ish and hasn’t worked a day in the last 4 years.
Second one is top 100 richest person in the country and she has directors and managers doing all the actual work and she just supervises them. Her biggest stress is her younger brother that actually works and is trying to take her businesses away from her. Instead of… you know… sharing and being stress-free.
Out of the “self made” ones: one somehow managed under communism, at 36, to be the chief of some government branch. Travelled a lot and shit. At the time, in 1990, he had a house, a car, 1000$ in savings (average, not minimum, salary at the time was 150$). And he got a 20k $ mortgage to start his own business, so that couldn’t have been a cheap house. (Google says you could buy a 3 bedroom apartment in the center of the capital for 20k)
Other ones are just more of the same. Parents sent them to study abroad, get a bunch of experience, then they came back, used money most people don’t have to start businesses and now at 40 they don’t need to work anymore.
So…yeah… stop licking their butts, please.
Oh, and forgot to mention that 2 of them went to prison for corruption and tax evasion. One of them also beat his wife, but she didn’t file any charges afaik cause she was just as crazy as him.
Oh, and he offered me a job abroad, promised to pay my rent for half a year to help me get settled. He fired me after a month when he realized he didn’t need me anymore and let me fend for myself. Ofc he also only paid a month of rent. So… yeah jobless and homeless in a foreign country was fun.
Here. This is just one I happened to read 5 minutes before stumbling upon your post and going like “wtf is this guy smoking?” Because, yeah… Go to any post about the invasion and you’ll find putin hate comments. Hell, even on trump related stuff you’ll find plenty of trump+putin hate comments.
I think you’re just dealing with some confirmation bias enforced by the fact that there’s been a ton more trump+elon news lately than Ukraine war stuff.
It’s easier than even mint. Because I’ve installed windows dozens of times and it has always worked out of the box. Always.
Friend gave me their old laptop that was sluggish and asked me to reinstall windows. I proposed Linux and promised them it’d work even better, they reluctantly agreed. I install mint. Sound not coming through headphones. I update everything that’s there to update, tried a bunch of shit and waste like an hour before I finally find a thread that suggested manually updating to a newer kernel version. That fixes it.
Now I know something extra for next time but if it were someone less stubborn, they’d have given up and went back to windows. Most people don’t know and don’t care about debloating, trackers and whatnot.
Tldr; Windows is the easiest OS to install because it works right out of the box. Many Linux distros are even easier to install, but don’t always work out of the box.
I guess they don’t consider it bluesky defeating twitter if twitter is commiting suicide. Sounds like pedantry to me.
The earliest recorded use of an unmanned aerial vehicle for warfighting occurred in July 1849, serving as a balloon carrier (the precursor to the aircraft carrier) is the first offensive use of air power in naval aviation.
If you need something more modern, these for example are from the early 90s
You’re confusing the ingredient list with the cooking order. Chili is a chili based recipe because that’s the main ingredient, the ingredient that needs to be there, on top of which you can add other stuff.
Those are just used as aromatics, they’re not a main ingredient . You can replace them with other stuff or just omit them altogether and you’d still get a Chili. But if you replace the chili, then you just get a stew, can’t really call it chili anymore.
Take beef bourguignon, for example. It’s a stew as well but its main ingredients, or base, if you will, are the beef and the red wine. Can’t replace those and still call it that
According to google (and since the name implies it as well I’m inclined to believe it) it’s actually a chili pepper based stew. With or without meat. Tomatoes and beans are common ingredients, but not part of the base.
Just… please, stop hating on stuff that doesn’t concern you and focus on spreading positivity, man. That’s what’s gonna make the world a better place. Not hoping that stuff you don’t like and understand will fail. You’re just bringing yourself down.
