Sorry, late reply. Not a native speaker, and although I know a bit of english, I struggle with some culinary terms. I thought broil was when you heat water just below boiling point, like 80°C instead of 100°. What’s the term for that? It’s more like poaching 😅

When I was his age we built those from scratch using wood and roller barings from car wheels. And slingshots, cross bows. We could also use bb guns easily cause there was one in every home. Fun times, I don’t know how we survived.

I’ve thought about building a climbing wall at my parents house, they have the space, but maybe for a future project. I would like one myself 😅
