Every single comment they make is exactly three paragraphs. What’s up with that?
Europe’s national security has much more at stake here than the US
I don’t think you have to recognize the cutting-edge artwork of Richard Scarry to find this meme amusing
I work alongside police occasionally, and they really don’t care about enforcing weed laws at all. The ones I’ve spoken to about it say the only time they charge people for possession is as an add-on charge when they’ve been arrested for something more serious. This is going to vary widely by police department, though

Yes there are lots of beautiful women in prison wanting to exchange letters with you. Didn’t you know that? And when they ask you to send gift cards, it’s definitely only because they love you
And the only way to save it is nuclear power?
Not sure where you got this from what’s written there
You’ve gotten a lot of advice on here, but I don’t think I’ve seen this…are you able to “suck in your gut” if you try hard and it improves how it looks? If so, it might not even be visceral fat, but just poor muscle tone in your abdominal area. If this is it, then core strength exercises are the way to go. Practice sucking in that gut more and more until it becomes the default, and strengthen your abs and obliques.
I work in mental health and frequently interact with people at some of the worst moments of their lives. I can tell you for certain that some people can take adversity in stride and continue to find meaning in life, while others crumble and fall into depression or anger or despair. I think a portion of the difference is genetic, as people often have a “baseline” level of contentment that’s pretty consistent across their entire lives, but another portion is absolutely learned.
The people who struggle most almost universally have a trauma history as children and have difficulty with emotional regulation and distress tolerance, both of which they might not have had modeled for them growing up.
I agree with you 100% on this post. People go to therapy to tackle individual goals of all kinds, and encouraging people to stay feeling depressed because bad things exist in society is a toxic attitude. In a relationship, an attitude like that would be categorically abusive. Someone encouraging others to wallow in depression is only ever doing it for selfish reasons, e.g. to justify their own mental state, to feel less alone, or even possibly to derive pleasure from the suffering of others.
Y’all recognize headlines like this are coming at a rapid pace on purpose, right? Trump says or does an outrageous thing that dominates the news cycle for a few days, he walks it back, and the media pays little attention to the actual things his administration is doing that are not being walked back. “Flood the zone” is a purposeful strategy.
If you’re an employee, you should have filled out a W4 when you started your job to indicate your tax withholding. You are able to submit a new W4 at any time
You misunderstand how tax withholding works. When you sign up for tax withholding, the IRS gets a portion of your wage each paycheck and sets it aside for you to cover your tax bill the following year. The IRS is only holding that money for you during that time before your annual bill is due, in what amounts to you loaning the government money interest-free. Many people do not withhold taxes and just pay it all at once. And yes, at this point, whether the IRS will exist as a functioning entity in 2026 is a legitimate question, so not giving them a free loan might be a good idea
The wild garlic being discussed here is Allium ursinum, domesticated garlic is Allium sativum and you can totally eat the leaves in addition to the bulb. There are also lots of other edible species of garlic found across the world. They are all collectively in the garlic genus and are all different forms of garlic.
Well then it wouldnt be wild, would it
Eggs are produced domestically most places, which softens global price sensitivity
I just came from the grocery store and there was a dozen bottom shelf for $4 and top shelf for $9. This is being blown away out of proportion on social media
