2 years agoLove my Framework. It’s from the first round of releases (11th gen) and I’ll probably upgrade to AMD, a larger battery, and a matte display early next year. It’s nice to be a able to actually upgrade my laptop or fix it when it breaks.
You need to replace the white sauce with Santa Maria Salsa (this recipe looks pretty accurate: https://www.seriouseats.com/santa-maria-style-salsa-recipe) served over the steak, and I trust those are Pinquito beans?
Now in the Northeast, but spent years in Santa Maria. I miss oak bbq’d tri-tip.
