What happens to the vinegar-soaked bread? I’m guessing mold will have a hard time growing on it because of the acidity.
It’s definitely a taste that you need to acquire if you didn’t grow up with it. Did you just eat it as is though? It’s usually best as an ingredient for soups and sauces.
Not sure if I remember right, and I’m happy to be corrected, but isn’t the stats for plane crashes/accidents skewed by the smaller prop planes? When I see the typical conversation that flying is safer than driving etc., and then one side points to the numbers for plane accidents, the counter to it is that most of those accidents aren’t the big commercial planes most people fly on, rather the smaller aircraft.
They’re not JUST for killing people and/or sport
I’m trying to think of other use-cases. Do you mean something like mass culling of wild hogs? That’s the only thing I can think of that isn’t killing people or sport.
I have an old android tablet that is so slow I can’t really do anything on it. So I turned it into an ebook reader. I just installed moonreader on it and manually add epub files.
Taxes. Also, not going more than a day when you need to fix/solve/complete/do something again. Especially when you become a homeowner.
Most Asian food somehow becomes even better when you reheat them next day.
Throwing in an entire stick of butter and a generous dash of salt and garlic will already get you halfway there. I read somewhere that the reason you can’t quite get the same taste of a restaurant dish when doing it at home is because of the absurd amount of butter and salt they use.
It’s actually easier to switch over if you’re using a specific app just for family chats. Imagine trying to convince them to switch if they used telegram to communicate with everyone else as well. I’d say take the chance and switch over to Signal while you still can. I moved my family over from viber to signal a long time ago and the transition wasn’t as hard as I expected.
HOAs prevent it with all their micromanagement of how your property should look, and how modifications should be done. Most new build communities come with an HOA now.
Even buying new is fine IMO, as long as you get it inspected properly. It also has the benefit of warranties.
It’s not defederated from lemm.ee though, which the person you replied to is on. Having said that, I haven’t really seen a lot of their users for a while now. Maybe I’m just not subscribed to the communities they participate in.
S2 of Arcane could’ve been great if it wasn’t in a hurry and crammed everything.

Because the statement is incomplete. It should be “hate small talk with certain people or strangers”. You can hate small talk with most people but at the same time talk with your spouse for hours.
I remember when we moved in to our first home. It was just a couple days when I noticed a guy outside walking around the property with his phone on a long pole taking pictures around the house and peeking over the fence into the backyard. I get that they need to survey the house, but it feels really violating for some rando to turn up in an unmarked vehicle and start walking around your house taking videos and pictures without even notifying you first. A courtesy knock and quick explanation would’ve been appreciated.
Now they can do it without you knowing at all.
Fantastic! Thank you for checking! Now on to picking a new instance…
