basically, she’s asking a guy named Eel to move the cows that are stood on the pile of stones, in a bad accent. considering the use of the word “he” it’s gotta be in the north of sweden, and going by the letters, the village is bordering norway.
for proper form it should probably be “he bort” but she’s obviously in a hurry.
then again substituting o for ö is something i associate with värmland. maybe she’s not originally from there.
