I’m assuming this is a gas grill, and the lawyers made them include this after some drunks blew themselves up or burned the deck down.
Every disclaimer has a story behind it.
DO NOT start chainsaw between legs
Charcoal grill, successfully assembled and cooked on while intoxicated with multiple substances.
I was just thinking more could go spectacular wrong with a pressurized cylinder of propane vs a bag of charcoal.
Out of curiosity in the legality. Is insulin considered a prescription drug?
Could a malfunction be blamed on the operator if he/she is diabetic?
I’ve seen diabetic family members so fucked up they ended up in hospital.
Then again that’s because they weren’t on their drugs…
The “may” carries a lot of weight so it probably depends. The way US law works is pretty weird IMHO and the reason for many of such disclaimers/waivers. “Objects in mirror are closer than they appear”, “Contents may be hot”, etc.
Man. That is a really nice grill.
You don’t have the BALLS to grill me!
Not one I’d use.
