I’d give 20-1 odds that it’s a Chinese-made print on petroleum-based material, and highly unlikely to be canvas. So it would make beautiful art as it burns and drips.

At the bottom of the banner where it’s burning, the cheaply made plastic based banner melts as fast as it burns. Dripping, black molten plastic stalactites feed tiny black plastic stalagmites below.
